*A retainer fee is an amount of money paid upfront to secure the services of a consultant, freelancer, lawyer, or other professional, and it is considered a down payment on the future services rendered by that professional. These fees, almost always paid upfront, only ensure the commitment of the service provider; retainer fees usually do not represent the total final cost of the services provided. We require a retainer fee to ensure that Venture and Vision will be able to fully showcase its ability to fulfill requested services with the intent to gain recurring business from the client after the first 30 days. Our retainer fee is best described as a single advance partial payment made by the client toward the total cost of the service(s) they've requested and is refundable if and only if: services are not provided as agreed within 30 days from receipt of payment and there are not any delays or obstructions created by or due in part to the client.
